What is sent

When you submit the form, your name, email address, optional phone number, selected program labels, program age-group classification and contact consent are sent to Control Jiu Jitsu through controlbjj.matconnect.app/api/v1/leads. An anti-spam field is also included.

The form loads the current program-interest list from MatConnect when the contact page opens. This connects your browser to that service before you submit an inquiry. Service requests may include technical information such as your IP address and browser headers.

Contact consent

The consent checkbox asks permission for the academy to contact you by phone, text or email about training. It must be checked before submission. For questions about how the academy handles inquiries, retention or contact preferences, fill out the inquiry form. No retention period or deletion guarantee is specified here.

Browser information and analytics

This website code does not save form entries to local storage. It loads Vercel Web Analytics to measure site visits and page views. Analytics is separate from the inquiry form; form entries are not sent as custom analytics events. Your browser may provide its own autofill or form-history features. Fonts and images are served from the local assets folder; the web server may log page and asset requests.

External services and links

MatConnect handles submitted inquiries for the academy. Google Maps and social-network links open those services when followed; those services have their own privacy practices. This page describes the form’s technical behavior, not a complete academy-approved privacy policy.
